CVM President Carl Beech now runs Edge Ministries, focusing on the forgotten impoverished UK wastelands. My favourite story from him was when a meathead tried to lamp him from behind but instead was overwhelmed by the power of God and struck to the floor in the foetal position. Sometimes hilarious, other times profound, definitely inspiring and challenging – you’ll enjoy this one!
